'Steven and his team were amazing with our whole family from the minute we were in contact with them with a very sudden and tragic loss of my uncle.
They are everything that you would expect a funeral director to be and then they went over and above with the personal touches and their genuine care and support for us all. Nothing was too much bother, and we will be forever grateful to you and your team for showing the compassion that you did when we needed it most.'

Helping you through hard decisions
One of the most difficult choices to face is often whether your family member would want to be cremated or buried, which is why we help you through this step by step, taking all the time you need. If burial is the preferred choice for your loved one, you can advise us whether this will be at a new or existing lair, and where your preferred location is for this to take place.
When choosing a cemetery for your family members resting place, we can help advise you on a place where new lairs are available as well as advise on the cost of purchasing lair and the interment fee for the burial. If you are opting for an existing lair, we will need the original lair certificate or the name of the cemetery, names of those interred and their date of death.
On the other hand, if you are considering cremation the main decision is which crematorium to choose. Our funeral staff will advise you on the services and costs for each crematorium to consider as well as giving you time to think about the personal choice of what you would like to do with your loved ones cremated remains. For more details and any further questions please get in touch with us as soon as you are ready.
